1. Purpose
This service must be used only for legitimate purposes consistent with law and industry norms. Hosting providers, registrars, and network intermediaries often rely on clear AUP language when handling abuse reports. This document sets expectations for operators and end users.
2. No abuse of the verification layer
You must not:
- Use the gateway to mislead users about the nature of the destination (bait-and-switch, fake security branding, or imitation of unrelated brands);
- Use the gateway primarily to evade reputation or security systems without a legitimate operational need;
- Automate or script challenge steps in bulk to harvest tokens or bypass rate limits.
3. Illegal and harmful content
You must not configure or promote links that facilitate:
- Phishing, vishing, or social engineering;
- Distribution of malware, spyware, or unwanted software;
- Spam, snowball messaging, or unsolicited commercial communications where prohibited;
- Financial fraud, investment scams, or deceptive trading platforms;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, or child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance; we report where required);
- Sale of illegal drugs, weapons where unlawful, or other contraband;
- Hate speech, credible threats, harassment campaigns, or incitement to violence;
- Infringement of intellectual property, circumvention of DRM where unlawful, or piracy;
- Operations that violate sanctions or export-control rules.
4. Network and platform abuse
Prohibited behaviours include:
- Denial-of-service attacks, packet floods, or attempts to disrupt third-party infrastructure;
- Port scanning, credential stuffing, or exploitation without explicit authorisation;
- Open proxies, botnets, or command-and-control traffic;
- Mining cryptocurrency on visitors’ devices without informed consent where required by law.
5. Privacy and data collection
Use of the service must align with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. You may not merge gateway data with undisclosed tracking that builds cross-site profiles without legal basis and notice.
6. Complaints and cooperation
We take abuse reports seriously. Submit reports via Report abuse. We may preserve minimal technical records as needed to investigate and may forward details to law enforcement or providers when required.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Operators are responsible for monitoring updates when continuing to use the service.
